Orders & Shipping
1. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–9 working days depending on location.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Or use our tracker: Track my order.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us quickly at support@falcotrack.com.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries. Shipping fees and times vary and are shown at checkout.
6. What if my order is incomplete?
Some items ship from different warehouses. The rest of your order will arrive shortly. Contact us if it’s been more than 3 working days.
Products & Use
7. Are your products easy to use?
Yes, they’re designed to be simple and user-friendly. We include clear instructions and offer support if needed.
8. What is the Bluetooth range?
Direct range is around 30–40 metres. Outside that, location updates via other nearby smartphones using the "Find My" network.
9. Can I track a stolen item?
Yes. If a phone passes near the tag, its location updates automatically — even at long distance.
10. Can I share access with others?
Yes. The owner can share access with up to 4–6 people, depending on the app (Apple or Android).
11. Are your tags waterproof?
The Android-compatible tag is IP67-rated. It’s water and dust resistant. The Apple-compatible tag is not waterproof.
12. Do your holders come with a tag?
No. Our holders (collars, mounts, bracelets) are sold separately. Tags fit easily inside.
13. How do I track my keys or bike?
Insert the tag into a holder, connect it to your phone, and track it via your app.
14. What if I lose Bluetooth connection?
Location updates when another compatible device passes nearby, even if Bluetooth is out of range.
15. Do tags work abroad?
Yes. As long as other compatible smartphones are nearby, tags update location globally.
16. What size are your tags?
Approx. 32 mm diameter, 8 mm thick.
17. How long does the battery last?
Battery lasts 8–12 months. You’ll get a low battery alert when it’s time to replace.
18. What do you sell?

19. Where are your products made?
We work with selected manufacturers in China who meet strict quality standards. This helps keep prices low without compromising reliability.
20. Why do packages ship from China?
We ship from a central warehouse to ensure fast handling and global availability. This lets us offer free shipping with no hidden fees.
21. Why does the label show a different amount?
The declared value on the label is for customs only. It may not match your actual payment and does not affect your warranty or rights.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and more depending on your location.
23. My payment failed, what now?
Try another browser or payment method. If it still fails, contact us at support@falcotrack.com.
24. Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return any unused product in perfect condition. See our refund policy.
